My name is Sara Wilcox. If you are new to the site, then thanks for joining! On this site, you will be able to watch instructional videos of workout routines that are directed by Fitness Expert and personal trainer, Arnel Ricafranca. All workouts will be done by me, Sara, using minimal equipment that you will be able to purchase here or buy it from your local sporting goods store so you can perform the exact exercises prescribed by Arnel himself. It is like having your own personal trainer at home for FREE!
Each week, a new video will be created and uploaded to the site so you can perform the workouts and complete the 18 weeks with me. Each weekly routine that is released should be performed 3-4 times per week and should take you about 20-30 minutes to complete
